This document establishes the rules for acceptable and prohibited use of all Lexcore AI artificial intelligence products and services. It applies to AKIRA Pendrive Edition, Naira AI, and any future Lexcore AI products.
1. Permitted Uses
✓ Business document drafting (NDAs, MOUs, invoices, offer letters)
✓ Research, analysis, and summarization of publicly available information
✓ Professional productivity (emails, reports, planning)
✓ Learning, education, and skill development
✓ Medical information lookup for personal education (NOT diagnosis)
✓ Legal information lookup for personal education (NOT legal advice)
✓ Financial calculations and planning tools (NOT financial advice)
✓ Creative writing, brainstorming, and ideation
✓ Code assistance and technical documentation
✓ Customer support templates and communication drafts
2. Strictly Prohibited Uses
✗ Generating fraudulent documents, fake contracts, or forged certificates
✗ Creating scam messages, phishing emails, or deceptive communications
✗ Producing spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or automated deceptive content
✗ Generating content to facilitate money laundering or financial fraud
✗ Creating hate speech, incitement to violence, or communal content
✗ Generating defamatory, obscene, or privacy-violating content
✗ Producing deepfakes or voice clones without explicit consent of the subject
✗ Generating instructions for weapons, explosives, or dangerous substances
✗ Assisting in planning or executing any criminal activity
✗ Creating content that sexually exploits minors (zero tolerance — criminal offence)
✗ Attempting to bypass AI safety filters, jailbreak the model, or override instructions
✗ Using AI outputs to impersonate government officials, legal entities, or professionals
✗ Generating fake medical reports, prescriptions, or clinical documentation
✗ Using the AI to circumvent tax obligations or assist in GST/income tax fraud
3. AI Regulation Compliance
IT Act 2000 (India)
AKIRA operates in compliance with the Information Technology Act 2000. Generating illegal content via AKIRA may attract liability under Sections 66, 66A, 66C, 67, 67A, and 67B of the IT Act.
Indian Penal Code
Use of AI to commit fraud, forgery, defamation, or incitement is prosecutable under applicable IPC sections. Lexcore AI will cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
DPDP Act 2023 (India)
Lexcore AI processes personal data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. AKIRA's offline-first design means conversation data is never processed on our servers.
EU AI Act (Reference)
While Lexcore AI operates primarily in India, we align our prohibited-use policy with the EU AI Act's high-risk and unacceptable-risk classifications as a responsible AI standard.
Copyright Act 1957 (India)
Do not use Lexcore AI products to reproduce copyrighted works at scale or create infringing content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI outputs complies with copyright law.
Consumer Protection Act 2019
Using AKIRA to generate fake reviews, misleading product descriptions, or deceptive advertising content is prohibited and constitutes an unfair trade practice under Indian consumer law.
4. AI Output Disclaimer
All outputs from Lexcore AI products are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated. Lexcore AI outputs are NOT a substitute for:
· Professional medical diagnosis or treatment advice
· Legal advice from a qualified advocate or solicitor
· Financial, investment, or tax advice from a certified professional
· Any other regulated professional service
Always verify AI-generated information with authoritative sources and qualified professionals before acting on it.
5. Content Moderation
Lexcore AI products include built-in content filters that detect and block requests for prohibited content. Attempting to circumvent these filters is a violation of this policy and your license agreement.
Filters operate locally on your device. They are not a comprehensive safety system and may not catch every harmful request. User responsibility remains paramount.
6. User Responsibility & Accountability
You are the operator of AKIRA on your device. You are fully accountable for:
- All prompts you send to the AI.
- All outputs the AI generates at your direction.
- All decisions and actions you take based on AI outputs.
- Ensuring your use does not harm third parties.
Lexcore AI is not liable for harm caused by user-directed misuse of its products.
7. Reporting Misuse
If you are aware of AKIRA being used for illegal or harmful purposes, report it to: cortinainfinity@gmail.com. We take all reports seriously and will cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
8. Enforcement
Violation of this policy results in:
- Immediate revocation of your AKIRA license without refund.
- Blacklisting of your Serial Number across all Lexcore AI systems.
- Potential disclosure of registration information to law enforcement.
- Civil and criminal liability as applicable under Indian law.
