1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to and use of Lexcore AI services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and any applicable SOWs.

2. Acceptable Use

1. No unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
2. No attempts to bypass safety systems, exploit prompts, or exfiltrate data.

3. SLA & Support

Availability targets and response times are defined in the SLA annex of your Order Form.

4. Liability

Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months, except for willful misconduct or IP infringement indemnity.
