Warranty & Refund Policy

1. Software Warranty

Lexcore AI warrants that AKIRA Pendrive Edition will function substantially as described in the product documentation for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

✓ SOFTWARE WARRANTY COVERS:
· Critical bugs that prevent the core AI from functioning
· Activation failures due to Lexcore AI server errors
· Defects in the Memory Engine, Open Claw tools, or web interface
· Performance substantially below documented specifications (on supported hardware)
· License delivery errors (wrong or non-functional serial number)
✗ SOFTWARE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
· AI output quality, accuracy, or relevance (inherent AI limitation)
· Compatibility issues with third-party software, OS, or hardware not specified
· Damage caused by user modification of Software files
· Issues caused by running on unsupported hardware or OS
· Loss of data due to user-initiated formatting or deletion
· Performance degradation due to insufficient RAM or CPU

2. Physical Media (SanDisk Pendrive) Warranty

Important: The physical USB pendrive is a SanDisk product. Hardware warranty for the pendrive is provided EXCLUSIVELY by SanDisk/Western Digital, not by Lexcore AI.

4. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Email cortinainfinity@gmail.com with subject "AKIRA Warranty Claim".
  2. Include: your Serial Number, purchase date, proof of purchase, and description of the issue.
  3. We respond within 3 business days to evaluate the claim.
  4. If eligible, resolution options: remote fix, replacement serial, or refund.

5. Limitation

Lexcore AI's total warranty liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of ₹45,000. Lexcore AI is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost business, lost data, or loss of revenue.
