AI Disclaimer
AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice of any kind. Outputs from Lexcore AI are probabilistic, non-deterministic, and fallible. They are never guaranteed to be accurate, original, or suitable for any specific purpose. You are solely responsible for verifying and validating all AI-generated outputs before use.
How AI Systems Work
Lexcore AI's generation systems operate through pattern recognition and probabilistic inference — not deterministic logic or factual retrieval. This distinction has important implications for how you should interpret and use AI-generated outputs.
| Property | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Non-deterministic | The same prompt may produce different outputs each time — outputs are not reproducible on demand |
| Data-derived | Outputs reflect patterns in training data, not ground truth or verified facts |
| Probabilistic | The system generates the most statistically likely output, not necessarily the correct one |
| Fallible | Errors, hallucinations, and inconsistencies are inherent to current AI systems |
| Context-limited | The system has no awareness beyond its training data cutoff and cannot access real-time information |
Not Professional Advice
Lexcore AI cannot provide professional services of any kind. The following domains require qualified human professionals — AI outputs in these areas must never be relied upon without expert verification:
Not legal advice. Not a substitute for a qualified lawyer. Do not use for contracts, litigation, compliance, or regulatory decisions.
Not medical advice. Not a substitute for a licensed physician. Do not use for diagnosis, treatment, medication, or health decisions.
Not financial advice. Not a substitute for a qualified financial advisor. Do not use for investment, tax, or accounting decisions.
Not tax advice. Tax laws vary by jurisdiction and change frequently. Consult a CA or tax professional for filings and compliance.
Not engineering certification. AI outputs must not be used in structural, electrical, or safety-critical engineering without licensed review.
Not a therapist or counsellor. AI conversation is not a substitute for licensed mental health care. Seek professional support if needed.
User Responsibility
By using Lexcore AI, you accept complete accountability for:
You are responsible for the prompts you submit. Outputs are shaped by inputs — misleading or harmful prompts produce misleading or harmful outputs.
You must independently verify all AI-generated outputs before acting on them, publishing them, or sharing them.
You are responsible for identifying and correcting errors, hallucinations, and inaccuracies in AI outputs before use.
You must ensure your use of AI outputs complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including IP, privacy, and content laws.
You must conduct your own intellectual property clearance searches before commercial use of AI-generated content.
You are responsible for how AI outputs are used by you, your clients, or any third parties you share them with.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
The copyright status of AI-generated content is legally uncertain and jurisdiction-dependent. Lexcore AI makes no guarantee of originality for any output.
What We Cannot Guarantee
- That generated content does not reproduce elements from training data
- That generated content does not resemble existing copyrighted works
- That generated content is eligible for copyright protection in your jurisdiction
- That generated content does not infringe third-party trademarks or IP rights
Your Obligations
- Conduct independent IP clearance searches before commercial publication
- Consult a qualified IP attorney for commercial use cases
- Review and modify AI-generated content before asserting copyright ownership
- Do not use AI outputs to infringe the IP rights of others
Known Failure Modes
Current AI image generation systems have well-documented failure modes. Be aware of these before using outputs professionally:
Incorrect finger counts, distorted limbs, unnatural body proportions — particularly in hands and faces
Garbled, illegible, or nonsensical text within images — AI models struggle with accurate typographic rendering
Lighting, shadow, and perspective inconsistencies within a single image — especially in complex scenes
The model may interpret ambiguous prompts in unexpected ways, producing results that diverge from intent
Unintended symmetry or repetition of objects and patterns across the image
Outputs may reflect demographic, cultural, or representational biases present in the training dataset
Safety Systems and Their Limitations
Lexcore AI employs automated content filtering to detect and block Prohibited Content. These systems are continuously improved. However:
Conversely, safety systems may occasionally flag legitimate prompts as potentially prohibited. If your legitimate prompt is incorrectly blocked, contact support with context and we will review.
The existence of safety systems does not transfer responsibility from users to the Company. Users remain accountable for prompts submitted and outputs generated through their Account.
Liability Cap and Exclusions
Excluded Damages
Lexcore Enterprises Private Limited is not liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from AI output use
- Reputational harm arising from AI-generated content you publish
- Legal liability you incur by relying on AI outputs without professional verification
- IP infringement claims arising from your commercial use of generated content
- Decisions made based on AI outputs in professional, medical, legal, or financial contexts
Maximum Liability
Enterprise Obligations
Business users operating on Pro, SVIP, or Enterprise Plans who deploy AI-generated content in commercial, client-facing, or regulated contexts must:
- Implement governance workflows — define internal review and approval processes for AI-generated content before use or publication
- Maintain quality assurance — establish human review checkpoints appropriate to the risk level of the application
- Run compliance programs — ensure AI use complies with industry-specific regulations (healthcare, finance, legal, advertising standards)
- Provide human oversight — do not deploy AI outputs in automated pipelines affecting end users without human review at appropriate intervals
- Disclose AI use — where required by law or professional standards, disclose that content was AI-generated
AI as Augmentation, Not Replacement
Lexcore AI is designed as a tool to augment human creativity and productivity — not to replace human judgment, expertise, or professional certification.
The most effective use of AI generation combines:
- Human intent — clear, purposeful prompts from someone who knows what they need
- AI capability — fast, high-quality visual generation at scale
- Human review — expert assessment of outputs for quality, accuracy, and appropriateness
- Human judgement — final decisions about what to use, modify, or discard
Users who treat AI as a tool in a human-led workflow consistently achieve better outcomes — and bear lower risk — than those who treat AI as a fully autonomous decision-maker.
