Terms of Service
By accessing, registering for, or using Lexcore AI (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
Definitions and Interpretation

Headings are for convenience only. "Including" means "without limitation." Singular includes plural. Statute references include all amendments.
Service Overview and Operating Model
Core Services
- Text-to-Image Generation — Create images from text prompts
- Image-to-Image Transformation — Style transfer and variations
- Image Upscaling — Enhance resolution and quality
- Inpainting & Editing — Modify specific image regions
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service — including features, Credit costs, model availability, and Plan structures — at any time.
Eligibility and Account Registration
Age Requirement
Users must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
Account Requirements
- Accurate and complete registration information
- Valid email address
- Secure authentication credentials
- Valid payment information (for paid Plans)
User Obligations
- Maintain credential confidentiality
- Notify immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all Account activities
- Do not share, sell, or transfer your Account
- Do not create multiple Accounts to circumvent limitations
Grounds for Termination
The Company may immediately suspend or terminate Accounts for: Terms violations, fraudulent or illegal activity, legal or court order requirements, security risks posed by the Account, or unpaid payment obligations.
Credit System Structure and Governance

Credit Consumption
Credits are consumed based on: AI model used, output resolution and quality, generation complexity, feature type, and your Plan tier.
If your Credit balance is insufficient, requests are rejected before processing — no Credits are deducted. You will be prompted to purchase additional Credits.

Billing Cycles
- Monthly: Every 30 days
- Annual: Yearly with potential discounts
- Custom: Enterprise Plans with custom arrangements
Payment Methods
Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Razorpay, Stripe). We do not store complete card information.
Automatic Renewal: Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew for equivalent periods. Your payment method will be charged automatically.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Limited Refund Circumstances
At the Company's sole discretion, refunds may be considered for:
- Service Unavailability (72+ hours): Pro-rata refund for outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours due to Company fault
- Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts — must be reported within 60 days
- Unauthorized Charges: From Account compromise or fraud — must be reported within 30 days
No Refunds For
- Change of mind or user preference
- Account termination due to Terms violations
- Unused Credits or unused subscription time
- Dissatisfaction with Generated Content quality
- Technical issues on the user's end
- Force majeure events
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all Content you submit, generate, or distribute through the Service. You agree to:
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
- Respect the intellectual property rights of third parties
- Not misuse the Service in any way that damages Lexcore AI's reputation or infrastructure
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract AI model weights
- Not use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without prior written consent
- Not circumvent any technical protection measures or rate limits
Prohibited Content and Activities
Absolutely Prohibited
- Child Safety: Any content depicting, sexualizing, or exploiting minors. Immediate termination + law enforcement notification.
- Illegal Content: Content violating applicable laws or involving contraband
- Non-Consensual Content: Deepfakes, identity theft, privacy violations, or using likeness without consent
- Hate Speech & Harassment: Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination based on protected characteristics
- Violence & Gore: Extreme violence, self-harm glorification, or realistic death depictions
- IP Violations: Copyrighted characters, trademarks, or branded content without authorization
- Celebrity Likeness: Unauthorized images of public figures or impersonation
- Political Manipulation: Deepfakes, election misinformation, or democratic process interference
Enforcement Consequences
- Immediate Content removal
- Credit forfeiture without refund
- Account suspension or permanent termination
- Legal action and law enforcement cooperation
- Financial liability for damages caused
- Permanent blacklisting from the Service
Content Moderation
Lexcore AI employs automated and human review systems to detect and remove Prohibited Content. The Company reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any Content at its sole discretion. Content moderation decisions are final.
Users may report violations via support@lexcoreai.com. False reports made in bad faith may result in account penalties.
Intellectual Property Rights
Company IP
All rights to the Service are exclusively owned by Lexcore Enterprises Private Limited, including: software and algorithms, AI models and model weights, user interface and design, trademarks and branding, and all documentation.
Generated Content Rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you own or have rights to Generated Content created through your Account.

Usage Limits
Each Plan tier carries defined Credit allocations, API rate limits, and generation quotas. Exceeding these limits will result in request throttling or temporary suspension of generation capability until the next billing cycle or Credit purchase.
The Company reserves the right to impose additional usage limits on any Account that demonstrates usage patterns detrimental to platform stability or other users.
Service Availability
Lexcore AI targets maximum uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. The Company will endeavor to provide advance notice for planned outages where possible.
Data Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
The Company complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable data protection laws in other jurisdictions where the Service is offered.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Razorpay and Stripe for payment processing. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies. Lexcore AI is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Links to third-party websites within the Service are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement.
Disclaimers and Warranties

- Merchantability: No warranty the Service suits any particular purpose
- Fitness for Purpose: No warranty it meets your specific needs
- Non-Infringement: No warranty Generated Content doesn't infringe third-party rights
- Accuracy: No warranty of accuracy, reliability, or quality of outputs
- Security: No warranty of complete security against all threats
- Availability: No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
- May contain errors, inaccuracies, or nonsensical elements
- May inadvertently reproduce copyrighted works
- May reflect biases present in training data
- Should NOT be relied upon without human review
- Is NOT suitable for critical applications (medical, legal, financial, safety)
Limitation of Liability
Excluded Damages
The Company is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities; loss of data or content; business interruption or downtime; cost of substitute services; or reputational harm.
Liability Cap
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lexcore Enterprises Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the Service, your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically applicable in the State of Bihar, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Indian Users — Jurisdiction
Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar, India. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

EU/EEA/UK Users
Users in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom retain rights under applicable local consumer protection laws and may bring claims before courts in their country of residence.
Modifications to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent Service notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may terminate by deleting your Account and ceasing use. The Company may terminate immediately for any breach of these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination: your access to the Service ceases, unused Credits are forfeited without refund, and provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without prior written consent. The Company may assign freely.
- Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control
