By accessing, registering for, or using Lexcore AI (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement"), together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and all other incorporated policies.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
"Service" means Lexcore AI, including but not limited to the website, web application, mobile applications, APIs, AI models, software tools, documentation, and all associated services provided by the Company.
"Company," "we," "us," "our" means Lexcore Enterprises Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives.
"User," "you," "your" means any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the Service, including authorized representatives acting on behalf of an organization.
"Account" means the registered user account created to access and use the Service.
"Credits" means the prepaid, non-monetary, non-transferable digital units required to utilize AI generation services. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or refunded for monetary consideration except as expressly provided or required by law.
"Generation" or "AI Generation" means any computational task executed by the Service's AI systems, including image generation, transformation, upscaling, inpainting, video generation, or other AI-powered creation.
"Subscription Plan" or "Plan" means a tiered service level (Starter, Creator, Pro, SVIP, Enterprise) that defines Credit allocation, feature access, usage limits, and pricing.
"Content" means any data, text, prompts, images, videos, audio, or other materials submitted to, generated by, or transmitted through the Service.
"Prohibited Content" means Content that violates Section 8 of these Terms or applicable law.
🔐 Core Principle: Lexcore AI operates on a prepaid credit system. Access to AI Generation requires sufficient Credits. No generation occurs without adequate prepaid Credits.
The Service provides AI-powered creative tools, including:
Create images from text prompts
Style transfer and variations
Enhance resolution and quality
Modify specific image regions
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including features, Credit costs, model availability, and Plan structures.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your Account immediately if:
Credits are NOT currency or legal tender
Cannot be sold, traded, or gifted
No cash refunds except as legally required
Cannot be redeemed for money
Each AI Generation consumes Credits based on:
✓ Credits are deducted ONLY upon successful Generation completion
✓ Failed Generations do NOT consume Credits
If your balance is insufficient:

⚠️ Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Razorpay, Stripe). We do not store complete card information.
Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew for equivalent periods. Your payment method will be charged automatically.
Except as required by mandatory consumer protection laws, all payments for Subscription Plans, Credit purchases, and fees are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for:
Pro-rata refund for outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours due to our fault
Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts (report within 60 days)
Resulting from Account compromise or fraud (report within 30 days)
🚫 The following content is strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate Account termination and potential legal action.
Any content depicting, sexualizing, or exploiting minors. Immediate termination + law enforcement notification.
Content violating laws, promoting illegal activities, or involving contraband.
Deepfakes, identity theft, privacy violations, or using likeness without consent.
Content promoting violence, hatred, discrimination, or harassment based on protected characteristics.
Extreme violence, gore, self-harm glorification, or realistic death depictions.
Copyrighted characters, trademarks, or branded content without authorization.
Generating celebrity images, impersonation, or unauthorized public figure likenesses.
Political deepfakes, election misinformation, or democratic process interference.
All rights to the Service are owned exclusively by Lexcore Enterprises Private Limited, including:
✓ To the maximum extent permitted by law, you own or have rights to Generated Content created through your Account.
Important: Generated Content may not qualify for copyright protection in some jurisdictions due to lack of human authorship. Review and modify Generated Content before commercial use.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We disclaim all warranties including:

Our total liability shall NOT exceed the greater of:
Amount you paid in preceding 12 months
Or equivalent in local currency
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically applicable in the State of Bihar, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For Users in India: Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
EU, EEA, and UK Users have specific rights under GDPR and may bring claims before courts in their country of residence or the competent data protection authority.
