HOW OUR MODEL WORKS

Lexcore AI operates on a prepaid, credit-based model. Payments grant access to Credits. Credits grant access to AI generation services. Once Credits are allocated to your account, the underlying compute infrastructure costs are considered committed — this is why our general policy is non-refundable.

SECTION 01

Non-Refundable Payments

General Rule: Except as described in Section 2, all payments to Lexcore AI are final and non-refundable.

This applies to:

  • Subscription fees — monthly and annual Plan payments
  • Credit purchases — one-time and bundle Credit top-ups
  • Add-on features — any optional paid feature or upgrade
  • Promotional plans — discounted or limited-time offer plans

Mid-cycle cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the billing period.

If you cancel your subscription at any point during the billing cycle, you are not entitled to any refund for that cycle. Your access and Credits remain available until the period ends.
SECTION 02

Refund Exceptions

At the Company's sole discretion, refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate Charges

Technical errors resulting in being charged twice for the same transaction. Must be reported within 7 days with payment documentation.

Service Unavailability (72h+)

Complete platform unavailability lasting 72+ consecutive hours due to Company fault. Pro-rata refund for the affected period.

Unauthorized Transactions

Charges resulting from Account compromise or fraud — not from sharing credentials. Must be reported within 48 hours.

Legal Requirement

Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require a refund that cannot be contractually waived.

All exception requests must be submitted to billing@lexcoreai.com within 7 days of the triggering event, with supporting documentation.

No Refunds For

Change of mind or preference
Dissatisfaction with output quality
Unused Credits or subscription time
Account termination for violations
Technical issues on your device or network
Force majeure events
Expired Credits
Promotional or discounted plan payments
SECTION 03

How to Request a Refund

Include documentation

Attach payment receipts, transaction IDs, and a clear description of the issue. For unauthorized transactions, include any fraud evidence.

Submit within the deadline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the triggering event. Requests outside this window will not be considered.

Await review

Our billing team will respond within 48–72 business hours. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

SECTION 04

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account dashboard — no email or notice required.

SECTION 05

Credit Expiration

Credits are time-limited. Expiration rules by purchase type:

Expired Credits are forfeited without refund. We recommend purchasing only the Credits you expect to use within the relevant period.

Credit Characteristics

  • Non-transferable — cannot be sent to other accounts
  • No cash value — cannot be redeemed for money
  • Non-exchangeable — cannot be converted to other currencies or services
  • Limited license — represent a revocable license to use AI generation services

Plan Changes

When upgrading mid-cycle, additional Credits from the new Plan are made available immediately on a pro-rated basis.

SECTION 07

Account Termination by Company

If your account is terminated by Lexcore AI for violations of our Terms of Service — including Prohibited Content violations — all Credits are forfeited immediately with no refund issued, regardless of their remaining value or expiration date.

This includes terminations resulting from:

  • Prohibited Content generation (see Terms of Service Section 8)
  • Fraud, chargebacks, or payment manipulation
  • Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent limits
  • Reverse engineering or API abuse
  • Any other material breach of our Terms
SECTION 08

Jurisdiction-Specific Rights

EU / EEAThe 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once digital content delivery has begun and you have acknowledged this. Statutory rights for defective services remain.
United KingdomConsumer Rights Act 2015 protections for digital services apply. You retain statutory rights for services not delivered as described.
AustraliaAustralian Consumer Law guarantees apply. If the service is not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a remedy under statutory law.
IndiaConsumer Protection Act 2019 rights apply. You may file a complaint with the Grievance Officer or relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
California, USACCPA rights apply. You may request information about data collected in connection with your purchases.

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes rights you have under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation that cannot be contractually waived.
