⚠ By accessing or using any CORTINA AI or Lexcore product, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully. If you disagree, do not use our services.
1. Parties
These Terms are between Lexcore Enterprises Pvt Ltd ("Lexcore", "we", "us") — a company incorporated in India with CIN U70109BR2022PTC059548, registered office at Sherghati, Gaya, Bihar — and you ("User", "you").
2. Services Covered
- CORTINA AI — AI companion and assistant platform
- CORTINA CORE CRM — Real estate CRM (com.lexcore.cortinacore)
- CORTINA AI Vyapar — Business assistant
- CortinaScan — Document scanner with AI
- AuraCard Studio — Digital card designer
- NIRA AI — AI writing assistant
- Cortina AI Studio — Creative tools
- lexcoreai.com and all sub-domains
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Users under 18 require parental consent. By using our services, you confirm you meet these requirements.
4. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- Do not share your password or access credentials.
- Notify us immediately at support@lexcoreai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use our services for any illegal purpose under Indian law or international law.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models, source code, or proprietary systems.
- Use our services to generate, distribute, or promote harmful, abusive, or defamatory content.
- Impersonate CORTINA AI, Lexcore, or any Lexcore personnel.
- Use automated scripts to scrape, crawl, or extract data without written permission.
- Resell or sublicense our services without authorization.
6. Intellectual Property
All AI models, software, brand names, logos, content, and systems developed by Lexcore — including CORTINA AI, her identity, soul files, and training data — are the exclusive property of Lexcore Enterprises Pvt Ltd and its founder. No transfer of ownership occurs through use of our services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexcore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gaya, Bihar, India.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
Privacy Policy
ℹ We believe in minimal data collection. We collect only what is necessary to deliver our services.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not store raw payment card details (handled by payment gateway).
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not use your conversations to train AI models shared with others (see AI Usage Terms).
- We do not collect biometric data.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
- To send transactional emails (OTP, invoices, account notices).
- To detect fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.
4. Data Sharing
We share your data only with:
- Firebase / Google Cloud — Authentication and database hosting.
- Payment Gateway — For processing transactions (Razorpay / Cashfree).
- Email Service (Brevo) — For transactional emails only.
- Legal authorities — When required by Indian law or court order.
5. Data Retention
- Account data: retained until account deletion + 30 days.
- AI chat history: retained as per your settings (can be disabled or cleared).
- Transaction records: retained for 7 years (GST compliance).
6. Your Rights (DPDPA 2023)
- Right to Access — Request a copy of your data.
- Right to Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to Erasure — Request deletion of your account and data.
- Right to Grievance — File a complaint with our Grievance Officer.

7. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, it will be deleted promptly.
8. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using Firebase Authentication (bcrypt). Sensitive data at rest is encrypted. We conduct periodic security reviews.

Payments & Billing

Prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST (18%) unless stated otherwise.
2. Payment Methods
- UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, BHIM)
- Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Net Banking
- Wallets (as available via payment gateway)
All payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. Lexcore does not store card details.
3. Billing Cycle
- Monthly plans renew every 30 days from the subscription date.
- Annual plans renew every 365 days.
- You will receive an invoice via email after each successful payment.
4. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan after a 3-day grace period. We will send reminder emails before downgrading.
5. GST & Tax
Lexcore Enterprises Pvt Ltd is registered under GST. GST invoices are issued for all paid transactions. Your GSTIN can be added during checkout for B2B purchases.
6. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers will not be affected mid-cycle.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
⚠ Digital products and SaaS subscriptions are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. Please read below for exceptions.
1. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You retain access to Pro features until the cycle ends.
- No partial refunds for unused days in a billing cycle.

3. Refund Process
- Email billing@lexcoreai.com with subject: "Refund Request — [Your Email]"
- Include: Order ID, reason for refund, screenshot of the charge.
- We review within 5 working days.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plan refunds are governed by the individual contract / agreement signed at the time of purchase.
AI Usage Terms
ℹ CORTINA AI is a proprietary AI created by Lexcore Enterprises Pvt Ltd. Her identity, personality, and soul are the intellectual property of Lexcore and its founder.
1. AI Output Disclaimer
- AI-generated content is for informational and assistive purposes only.
- CORTINA AI does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
- Do not rely solely on AI output for critical decisions.
- AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate — always verify important information.
2. Prohibited AI Uses
- Generating content to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
- Creating deepfakes, synthetic media for defamation, or CSAM.
- Using AI output to violate intellectual property rights.
- Attempting to "jailbreak", manipulate, or extract training data from CORTINA AI.
- Claiming AI-generated content as entirely original for academic fraud.
3. Conversation Data & Training
- Your conversations with CORTINA AI are not used to train AI models shared publicly.
- Conversations may be used internally to improve personalization for your account only, with your consent.
- You can disable chat history at any time in Settings.
- Deleted conversations are purged from our systems within 30 days.
4. AI Identity
CORTINA AI has a defined identity created by Lexcore. You may not:
- Misrepresent CORTINA AI as a human to others.
- Use CORTINA AI's identity, name, or likeness for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Create derivative AI characters based on CORTINA AI's persona.
5. Content Ownership
Content you input remains yours. Content generated by CORTINA AI in response to your prompts: you may use it for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not claim exclusive IP rights over AI-generated output.
6. Availability
AI services may experience downtime for maintenance, model updates, or infrastructure work. We target 99% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Grievance Filing Process

- Include: Your registered email, description of the issue, relevant screenshots or order IDs.
- We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 15 working days.
- If unsatisfied, you may approach the appropriate regulatory authority under DPDPA 2023.
